Constitution of the Order

Preface

Absolute Order and its Affiliated Forces are the catalyst for the complete liberation and finally bring co-prosperity to every individual under its flag. It firstly represents the core interests of all its members, and secondly, it represents the vast basic interests of the region under its rule. Our ultimate goal is to fly under one unified banner, move as one unified people, and to be propelled forward by one unified regime.

At this stage, the main struggle is to take over sovereignty systems against local alliances. This will not be a short fight. However, the enemy’s productive capabilities are behind our own. Therefore, integrating industry with the military and continuing to build our industrial prowess is the key to our victory.

Improving the living standards of its population is an indispensable foundation for a long war. It is necessary to ensure that the welfare of our military personnel is increasing, expanding the size of the army and improving its quality, while ensuring the interests of industrial production. Our priority is to resolve our own people’s current concerns. We will make every effort to develop our personnel to create an environment where everyone’s strengths are utilized and Absolute Order thrives.

Constitution and our manifesto

  1. The constitution and our manifesto is not questionable. All people should make unremitting efforts to establish an eternal unified and co-prosperous regime.
  2. There are only two kinds of people, ‘Them’ or ‘Us’. Every neutral and hostile are ‘Them’, every friend and comrades of the Order are ‘Us’. Those who are not of our rank, are sure to have a different mind. If they are strong, they will try to rob us, if they are weak, they tend to obey.
  3. Become the only power with decisive rights in our area, without any room for negotiation. And make every effort to create a regime purely based on our ideology.
  4. Uphold the regime solidarity and unity, and always publicize our ideas to the outside world, while adhering to the principle of selective absorption.
  5. Implement a population classification policy, that is, all members of the Order are the A-type population, have military obligations, have the best benefits, and have the right to vote and enter the core. Ordinary partner corporations of the coalition are the B-type population, that is, the Affiliated Forces, with military assistance obligations, ordinary benefits but have no political rights. The Type-C population has no rights and needs to pay us a support fee of 100 million per building per month.
  6. Increasing our A-type and B-type population’s income is the primary political goal, if a region can’t sustain our growth naturally, then other neutral external populations should be evicted for the interest of our own people.
  7. Our enemy can never understand that our names don’t just represent an individual or a group, but a kind of spirit and faith. The Order must rise and expand, and we are it’s frontier.
  8. As long there is one heresy, we shall not negotiate. We will cure their madness and sickness with ammos. Doctors heal patients, we heal the world.
  9. Regardless of the left and right of the internal political spectrum, only good governance and bad governance are used to measure whether a policy should continue to exist or not. We should be democratic to our own people, and be autocratic to our enemy.
  10. The final interpretation and exercise rights of this manifesto and regulations are owned by all members of the Absolute Order and all A-type population. The higher level political title owners of the Order can overwrite the interpretation of the lower-level political title owner’s interpretation.

A-type population enjoys the following rights

  1. Exercise voting and voting rights, and at the same time put forward their own suggestions to officers.
  2. All T1 cruisers and below, whether they are destroyed in solo pvp or in small gangs, have unlimited and full hull compensation. All T2/T3/Factional cruisers and below have unlimited 35% hull compensation.
  3. All newcomers have 10~50m benefits, depending on their legion.
  4. You can sell your productions in hsec or nullsec to our 4th Legion. Except nullsec trash are 80% jita buy, DED productions are 80% Jita sell, all the rest are 90% of the Jita buy price.
  5. Own the right to use all space stations under low tax.
  6. Possess the right to apply for entering null sec 18th Legion to get 3~5B weekly income.
  7. All 18th Legion members have kill rewards. For example, if two people kill a hostile Gila in our null sec systems, they will get a dividend of 210/2=105M each.
  8. Enjoy the right to apply for capitals skill books and financial assistance from us. Which is 300Million.
  9. Eagle/Scimitar pilots can apply for a 100million monthly salary as an elite fighter.
  10. Trade profits can be made through the Legion(Corp)/Alliance contract, but not at a price higher than the selling price of Jita.

B-type people enjoy the following rights

  1. All T1 cruisers and below, whether they are destroyed in solo pvp or in small gangs, have unlimited and 50% hull compensation
  2. You can sell your productions in hsec or nullsec to our 4th Legion. Except nullsec trash are 80% jita buy, DED productions are 80% Jita sell, all the rest are 90% of the Jita buy price.

  4. Trade profits can be made through the Legion(Corp)/Alliance contract, but not at a price higher than the selling price of Jita.
